जब से मैंने रेल मंत्री का कार्यभार संभाला है डॉ जितेंद्र सिंह जी ने नई रेल लाइन बिछाने से लेकर नई ट्रेन चलाने तक के लिए हमेशा मुझसे चर्चा करते रहते थे।
